Casasol is a tourist rental management company with more than 20 years of experience, was founded in 1998 to offer a rental management and maintenance solution to foreigners with second homes, mostly acquaintances and friends.

JOSÉ MATEOS
Director and owner
The owner of the company is José Mateos, who joined as a director in 2011 and bought the company in 2014. Trained and qualified as a hotel manager in Germany, he is responsible for coordinating all Casasol's commercial and technical processes and activities. José has developed his professional training in Cologne (Germany) and is fluent in Spanish, German and English.

BELÉN GODOY ESPAÑA
Executive Assistant
With a Master's degree in Auditing and Business Management, Belén is responsible for all administrative processes. Before Belén joined our team she gained many years of quality experience in the tourism and holiday industry. Resourceful, proactive and reliable, Belén provides a high level of professional administrative support to the director.

SANDRA FÖHRENBACH
Front Office Manager
Originally from Germany, Sandra has been living and enjoying Nerja since 2002. Sandra has worked in 5 star hotels in Germany and Spain since she finished her studies. She loves to assist our guests and to see them coming back again and again to Casasol.
She is responsible for all reception duties and is fluent in German, Spanish, English and French.

LOLI MENA
Front Office Receptionist
A native Spaniard from Jaén, she has been living in Nerja for many years. Loli's charisma and exemplary will have created a great popularity among our guests and owners. Before joining our team in 2018, she gained many years of excellent experience at Hotel Balcón de Europa. She loves finding the perfect accommodation for our guests and watching them enjoy their holiday. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

HANNA CESAR PERAL
Front Office Receptionist
She holds a diploma in tourist accommodation from the Barcelona School of Tourism and is fluent in English and French, enabling her to communicate effectively with guests of different nationalities. Her academic background and linguistic experience have equipped her with extensive knowledge to guide guests to local tourist destinations and accommodation options. In her role as a receptionist, she demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, ensuring that guests' requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

ZAK ECKERSLEY
Front Office Receptionist
Bringing a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry Zak is originally from the UK, Zak has honed his skills in the catering sector before joining us in December 2023. Raised in Nerja, he is culturally attuned to the nuances of British and Spanish societies, offering our guests a warm and familiar welcome in both English and Spanish. His bilingual competence ensures smooth communication, catering to a wide range of guest needs. Zak's adaptability and understanding of hospitality make him a valuable asset to our front desk operations.

CRISTINA MONEO
Executive Housekeeper
Spanish native from Nerja. Cristina has great supervisory and organisational skills. She is responsible for keeping our housekeeping department running smoothly and motivated. Before Cristina joined our team, she gained many years of excellent experience in the hotel industry in Nerja. She loves to achieve excellent cleaning results.
