Mateos & Fohrenbach S.L. is responsible for the processing of images captured through the video surveillance system installed at its premises.
Purpose of Processing
The video surveillance system is installed exclusively to ensure the security of the property and to monitor access to it. The cameras are oriented only towards the main entrance of the property with the aim of recording access and preventing security incidents.
Legal Basis
The processing of images is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller to ensure the security of the premises, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Recording Area
The cameras only capture the access and entrance area of the property. No private spaces or interior areas intended for guests or staff are recorded.
Storage of Images
Recordings are kept for a maximum period of 30 days from the moment they are captured, unless they must be retained to prove the commission of acts affecting the safety of persons, property or facilities, or when they must be made available to competent authorities.

Images are not shared with third parties unless required by law or when it is necessary to provide them to law enforcement authorities or judicial authorities.
